Monday Night Tai Chi- with Claude “Pop-Pop” Earl

Tai Chi has been proven to improve balance, coordination, energy levels, memory, and quality of life. Join our Monday night class and experience the flow of Qi, life force energy, as you reinvigorate your body, mind and spirit. Our instructor, Claude “Pop-Pop” Earl began using Tai Chi as a method of pain relief and continues his daily practice for the multitude of benefits that Tai Chi brings to his life. He loves to share Tai Chi with the community and offers clear, easy instruction that make learning easy and fun!
